I want to express to you and to the IFTU my personal solidarity and the solidarity and pain of the whole Fiom, having had the information of the killing of Hadi Saleh. I am very sorry to be so late in writing you, but I was abroad, in Palestine, some two weeks.
I think I met Hadi Saleh in Bagdad in July 2003 and I really feel bad for what happened and for all the Iraqi people are suffering, because of the occupation and the enormous violence that it had generated.
Please, express our condolences to his family and to the IFTU.
