According to the As Sabah Newspaper, the Ministry of Education has revealed its determination to appoint 25,000 elementary and high school teachers by the end of the current year.
In an exclusive interview with Minister of education Mr Kudheir al-Khaza'I said that his ministry is in need of huge financial allocation.
