BAGHDAD / Aswat al-Iraq: The official spokesman for the transport ministry said on Thursday that the State Company for Iraqi Railways resumed transporting liquefied gas after five years of suspension.
“The company resumed yesterday transporting the liquefied gas from the Baiji refinery to the al-Taji gas laboratory after five years of suspension because of terrorist acts against the refinery,” Jawad al-Kharsan told Aswat al-Iraq.
“The move will be followed by other steps using the security improvement in the country,” he added.
